Summary: This role seeks a dynamic HR Director to join the People Puzzles community in Yorkshire, focusing on delivering strategic HR solutions to SME businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and business strategy, with a passion for influencing and supporting entrepreneurial leaders. The position offers flexibility and autonomy while being part of a collaborative network of People Directors. Candidates should be prepared to engage with clients across various locations, primarily in South Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of HR solutions including business and strategic HR planning, culture change, and change management.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a first-class HR service is provided.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and marketing team to attract and gain new clients.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic business direction and partnering with senior executives.
- Senior-level experience in corporate, SMEs, and investor-backed businesses.
- CIPD (L7) qualified or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence SME business owners.
