Summary: The HR Business Data Analyst (Excel) role involves supporting the People Analytics team by collating, processing, analyzing, and reporting People data for a global client in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, clean and validate People data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse and report People/HR metrics.
- Develop and maintain People/HR reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and implementing control checks.
- Present reporting, analysis and insights to People/HR leaders.
- Support compliance with data privacy regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in data analysis/management information, preferably in People or HR function.
- Advanced Excel skills (eg complex formulas, pivot tables, models).
- Good PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of People/HR metrics and processes.
- Power BI knowledge/experience (preferable).
