Summary: The HR Consultant role at Phoenix Group involves providing professional generalist HR support within the HR Business Partnering team, focusing on key deliverables that align with the People Strategy. This position offers a chance to develop HR expertise through collaboration with various stakeholders and engagement in diverse HR activities. The role is structured as a 6-month fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements. The consultant will contribute to talent management, performance reviews, and organizational design changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality generalist HR support to Heads of HR and HR Business Partners.
- Review talent and succession plans across the business.
- Support the annual performance review cycle.
- Act as a liaison with the People Consultancy team on managing underperformance and absences.
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational design changes.
- Collate and analyze key people metrics, producing regular reports.
- Support project activities and own specific workstream activities.
- Contribute to early careers and development programs.
