Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Focused) Location: York (with flexibility for home working 2 days per week) Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim HR Business Partner to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be primarily focused on Employee Relations, providing expert advice and guidance to managers across the business on a range of HR issues. Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of Employee Relations, including: Disciplinary and grievance procedures; Performance management; Absence management; Restructurings and redundancies; TUPE; Employment law and best practice Coach and support managers to effectively manage employee performance and address employee concerns. Ensure all HR processes are conducted fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policy and legislation. Proactively identify and mitigate HR risks. Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support to the wider HR team as required. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
