Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR expertise to improve individual and business performance.
- Develop and implement people plans, projects, and initiatives.
- Support leaders and managers with their people responsibilities.
- Undertake employee relations casework and guide line managers.
- Build strong relationships as a business partner.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
- Deliver projects or initiatives related to HR.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products effectively, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Key Skills:
- Chartered CIPD status.
- Strong track record in employee relations and casework.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience in supporting leaders with a business partnering approach.
- Substantial knowledge of employment law.
