Summary: The Interim HR Business Partner role at a leading global manufacturing business in Droitwich is a stand-alone position focused on managing the full people life cycle. Reporting to the HR Director, the role involves handling operational HR matters, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and collaborating on HR initiatives and strategy. This interim position is expected to last for 9-12 months and requires a generalist HR background. The role is fully office-based due to the nature of the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all relevant HR administration tasks for the site.
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage all employee relations casework.
  • Assist the HR Director and global team with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on the People Strategy to meet commercial objectives.
  • Oversee management of the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures as necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Proven background in a similar HR role.
  • Comfortable in a stand-alone HR position.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of HR from administration to strategic collaboration.
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 or above.

Salary (Rate): 60000
