Summary: The Finance Business Partner at Equiniti plays a crucial role in delivering financial insight and analysis to support key decision-making within the organization. This position involves collaborating closely with the Finance Director and business areas to ensure effective financial management and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the P&E Finance Director.
• Acting as the first point of contact for queries from assigned business areas.
• Completing the month-end process, including reviewing, analyzing, and commenting on performance.
• Managing the forecasting process, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, and capex.
• Proactively assessing trends and risks within core activities.
• Supporting the business during the annual budget setting exercise.
• Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of personal accountability and flexibility to meet deadlines.
• Proven experience delivering results in challenging environments.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret financial information to identify business performance drivers.
