Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner focuses on enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and talent management. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring three days of on-site work in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Drive performance management processes and career development programmes
  • Responsible for setting the Employee Experience strategy and agenda for the UK business
  • Manage and deliver any budget associated with Employee Experience
  • Oversee the Employee Engagement Survey process and associated follow-up work
  • Collaborate with HRBP's/HR team to determine the needs of the functions/organisation on Employee Experience topics
  • Work towards building a Great Place To Work and a high-performing organisation

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in change management and organisational development
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and HRIS systems
  • Project management skills

Salary (Rate): £60,000
