Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and development of HR services for the Housing Division.
• Handle complex casework and manage change initiatives.
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Provide expert HR advice to managers and directors.
• Drive service improvements and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify service shortfalls and recommend innovative solutions.
• Participate in hearings and appeals as necessary.
• Prepare reports and attend Directorate Management Team (DMT) meetings.
• Ensure the HR website is updated and functioning correctly.
• Develop and implement policy toolkits.
