Summary: The Project Coordinator for the Windows 11 Deployment Project will support a high-profile MoD initiative by assisting the Lead Project Manager and the project delivery team. This role involves project administration, onboarding coordination, and scheduling to ensure the project remains on track. The position requires active SC Clearance and is offered as a 6-month contract with remote working and occasional travel. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in secure/public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support & Admin
  • General administrative support to the project team
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Assist in the creation of reports, plan updates, change logs, and configuration management
  • Maintain project logs (risk, issue, change, dependency, product)
  • Create and manage a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned to the migration schedule
  • Coordinate onboarding for new contractor resources
  • Work closely with vetting teams to ensure SC/Authority-specific clearance
  • Develop and maintain onboarding material with input from Migration Leads
  • Organise onboarding sessions and provide guidance to incoming resources
  • Support the scheduling team with meeting coordination and logistics
  • Send and track start-up meeting invites and responses
  • Log meeting records and provide assurance reporting

Key Skills:

  • Current SC Clearance (MoD/Government) – essential
  • Experience coordinating projects in a secure/public sector environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident with stakeholder engagement and scheduling processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
