Summary: Jackson Hogg is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a fixed-term contract of 12 months in the Teesside region, offering hybrid working arrangements. The role involves collaborating with leadership to implement HR solutions aligned with organizational goals and providing support to colleagues both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships, advising managers, and driving company culture while managing employee relations and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with functional leadership teams.
  • Advises and coaches managers as their key HR contact for people-related matters.
  • Drives company culture.
  • Analyses HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions.
  • Forms strong partnerships across the broader HR function to deliver value-added services.
  • Works closely with internal and external legal counsel to adapt local policies.
  • Manages employee relations, disciplinaries, and grievances with thorough investigations.
  • Provides solutions for capability building, including restructures and talent planning.
  • Conducts HR project work related to reward, recognition, and cultural initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • HR or related degree, CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Generalist HR exposure.
  • Experience in a commercially focused role.
  • Engaging and personable nature, fitting well within a close-knit team.
