Summary: The Site HR Business Partner role is a 9-12 month contract focused on providing expert HR guidance within a manufacturing organization in Droitwich. The position involves managing HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning while supporting leadership in cultural and organizational alignment. The role requires compliance with UK employment laws and the use of HR metrics for decision-making and improvements. The position is strictly on-site, with no options for hybrid or part-time arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Deliver HR initiatives covering recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Support leadership teams in driving culture-building efforts, employee satisfaction, and organisational alignment.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and update HR policies in line with best practices.
- Utilise HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR administration, including contract management, onboarding, HR systems maintenance, and payroll support.
- Drive efficiency improvements through HR process enhancements and system updates.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources Management and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards it).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience working in a large matrix organisation is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a transparent and collaborative workplace.
