Summary: The HR Automation Lead will spearhead innovation and efficiency in HR operations by identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions that enhance accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current HR workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Design, test, and deploy automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or other low-code tools
- Ensure all automation initiatives comply with GDPR, data security, and internal control standards
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure integration with existing systems
- Monitor and continuously optimise automated solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and process transparency
- Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users
- Contribute to medium to long term automation strategy planning
- Recommend best practices and drive adoption across teams
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
- Familiarity with low code/no-code platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors)
