Senior Business Management Consultant (32660)

Summary: The Senior Business Management Consultant role involves managing and driving all aspects of in-flight system development and enhancement projects, particularly focusing on GXP system implementation. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting pre-SLC assessments for new projects and evaluating new business capability requests. This position requires extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in system lifecycle and financial management. The role is based in Waukegan, IL, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive all aspects of in-flight system development and enhancement projects.
• Complete contracting and pre-SLC assessments for new projects.
• Assess new business capability requests.

Key Skills:

• 8-10 years of Senior IT project experience with System Lifecycle (SLC) expertise.
• Portfolio and program management experience.
• Project financial management and vendor management expertise.
• Experience with GXP system implementation, including custom development and validated systems.
• Ability to create and review SLC documents.
• Clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
