Key Responsibilities:
- Be the key contact for all talent queries, including online learning and internal communication platforms.
- Coordinate Team Member of the Month, charity donations, and long service awards.
- Support the wider People team as needed and monitor mailboxes within SLA timeframes.
- Run and distribute reports, proactively seeking process improvements.
- Organize materials for support visits for new managers.
- Source and headhunt potential candidates for recruitment.
- Post job adverts and screen CVs and applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls and telephone interviews.
- Process offers and contracts, manage references, and handle recruitment queries.
- Provide weekly updates to hiring managers and post on LinkedIn.
