Summary: The HR Analyst role at a global aerospace leader involves providing customer-focused support to UK colleagues on personnel administration matters. Key tasks include processing personnel changes in SAP, handling queries, and supporting improvements to the Workday tool. The position requires initiative and teamwork to develop effective solutions. This is a 12-month hybrid contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of all Personnel Administration changes into SAP.
- Query handling via email and telephone.
- Support testing of all future improvements to the Workday tool.
- Work using your own initiative and develop effective solutions to problems.
- Proactively assist other team members when needed.
Key Skills:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to perform a broad range of administrative duties.
- Experience of data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment.
- Experience of a computerised payroll system, preferably SAP.

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join a global leader in aerospace innovation.
You will be required to provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via e-mail on a broad range of personnel administrations matters.
The Role:
- Processing of all Personnel Administration changes into SAP.
- Query handling via email and telephone
- Support testing of all future improvements to the Workday tool
- Be able to work using your own initiative and develop effective solutions to problems
- Must be a team player and proactively assist other team members when needed
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment

- Experience of data input, data analysis and handling queries is required and preferably within a payroll environment
- Experience of a computerised payroll system - SAP would be preferable
