Summary: The HR Advisor role at a globally recognized luxury lifestyle brand involves delivering a high-quality generalist HR service across the UK business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position requires supporting the full employee lifecycle and engaging in strategic HR initiatives while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact within the HR team. This position is hybrid, requiring four days in the office and one day from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries, coaching managers through employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance.
- Support performance and reward processes including appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus schemes.
- Help review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law.
- Deliver HR reporting and data analysis to provide actionable insights to the wider business.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including offer letters and inductions.
- Manage visa and relocation support processes to ensure legal compliance.
- Work on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring seamless delivery alongside BAU tasks.
Key Skills:
- Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced, corporate or retail/luxury environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and current HR best practices.
- Comfortable managing ER cases independently and advising managers confidently.
- Proactive and commercially astute, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A confident communicator and true team player who thrives on variety.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP a plus) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
