Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated 360° shopper marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand, category, and external agency teams to translate brand plans into shopper-focused activation.
  • Own and manage campaign budgets, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand and customer objectives.
  • Play a key role in the UK and Ireland new product development projects.
  • Monitor and analyse shopper activity performance, drawing insights to optimise future plans.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a shopper marketing role within FMCG, ideally 3-5 years, with demonstrable success delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for combining data and creativity to influence shopper behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with NIQ/Circana data advantageous.
