Summary: The role of HR Advisor involves providing comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees within a Local Authority setting in West Sussex. The position is contract-based, requiring collaboration with HR Senior Business Partners to implement Directorate/Service People Plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in a similar HR role.
  • Working towards Level 5 in CIPD or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in providing comprehensive HR generalist advice.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
