Summary: The HR Advisor role involves providing comprehensive HR support to managers across the organization, focusing on employee relations and organizational development. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring on-site presence four days a week with one day of remote work. The advisor will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for advising on HR policies, coaching managers, and supporting various HR projects. Ad-hoc travel may be required as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Coach and mentor managers to assist with HR cases.
- Manage a range of HR matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance management.
- Support organizational projects and changes.
- Conduct data analytics related to HR functions.
Key Skills:
- Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
- Experience in handling a variety of employee relations issues.
- Effective communication skills.
- CIPD Qualified or working towards qualification.
- Multi-site experience (Desirable).
Salary (Rate): £36,000.00
