Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety of staff members.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems for industrial/construction plasters and minerals, animal feed, and food.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects in manufacturing processes.
- Lead the development of the WCM Pillar and manage projects as defined by ‘One Formula’ & site.
- Ensure quality activities comply with company standards (ISO9001), Weights and Measures, EN standards, and HACCP for food and feed safety.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading audits.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management.
- Previous experience in HACCP.
