Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations (ER) issues to managers and senior leadership.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives including restructures, organisational change, mergers and acquisitions.
  • Design and deliver HR training, lead key projects, and help shape HR policy.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, coaching leaders across the business.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner on strategy, MI reporting, and deputising where needed.
  • Promote and uphold best practice in employment law, HR policy and people development.
  • Be a trusted HR expert in areas such as flexible working, diversity, and employee wellbeing.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with broad generalist HR experience.
  • Proven background in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and coaching managers at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, change programmes and employee lifecycle.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities with autonomy and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project delivery skills.

My client is looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month FTC (potential to go perm).
