Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employee relations (ER) issues to managers and senior leadership.
- Support strategic HR initiatives including restructures, organisational change, mergers and acquisitions.
- Design and deliver HR training, lead key projects, and help shape HR policy.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, coaching leaders across the business.
- Partner with HR Business Partner on strategy, MI reporting, and deputising where needed.
- Promote and uphold best practice in employment law, HR policy and people development.
- Be a trusted HR expert in areas such as flexible working, diversity, and employee wellbeing.
Key Skills:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with broad generalist HR experience.
- Proven background in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and coaching managers at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, change programmes and employee lifecycle.
- Able to balance multiple priorities with autonomy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project delivery skills.
