Your new company You'll be joining a leading organisation within the civil engineering and construction sector, renowned for delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK. Seeking a HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity to support the North.
Your new role As HR Advisor you will be a key member of the HR Operations team, providing first-line HR support to managers across multiple sites. You'll manage and guide employee relations cases, coach and develop line managers, and support all operational HR aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll also play a vital role in resource planning, talent development, and the deployment of central HR initiatives. This role involves regular travel across sites within the region.
