For this position, you must have proven experience as a Product Owner within Finance and Risk domains. This would be a great opportunity for someone wanting to step into becoming a Product Owner from a technical project manager, Business Analyst or vendor manager role.
Your new role
The Saas Product Owner collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities for system enhancements, ensuring configurations leverage cloud-native features like automated updates, security, and compliance controls. They manage change across the application lifecycle, evaluating impacts and applying change management to maintain a seamless user experience. The role includes day-to-day platform support, providing second-line assistance and escalating complex issues to third-party vendors. They manage budgets, coordinate testing and implementation, and drive feature development using agile methodologies aligned with product and release roadmaps. Finally, they lead issue resolution across the product, communicating problems promptly and coordinating investigation, prioritisation, and scheduling. They also empower functional system SMEs to contribute effectively to product development and support.
