Summary: The HR Advisor role involves providing interim HR support during a busy period for a white-collar business in North Birmingham. The position focuses on managing a redundancy process from start to finish, requiring hands-on experience in employee relations and redundancy projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HR and must be available to start immediately. This is a short-term contract with the potential for extension, offering flexibility in working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of a redundancy process, ensuring all stages are handled professionally and compliantly
  • Manage employee relations issues as they arise
  • Act as an additional resource to the HR team during a period of high activity

  • Proven experience delivering redundancy projects from start to finish
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
