Summary: As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage the employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with HR and payroll processes. Your role involves processing payroll transactions, issuing employment contracts, and providing support for HR-related queries. You will utilize computerized systems to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication with employees. This position is a limited-term contract ending on 28th November 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and employee lifecycle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue employment contracts for new starters and support the leaver process.
  • Monitor and action emails in the generic inbox.
  • Provide guidance and resolve customer queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of specialist HR processes and procedures.

Key Skills:

  • NVQ level 2 qualification in HR, business administration, or customer services.
