Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake offender management tasks for individuals assessed as low or medium risk and support high-risk cases.
- Contribute to the delivery of Risk Management plans and report significant changes in risk or non-compliance.
- Use computer systems to maintain records and documentation within agreed timescales.
- Ensure effective referrals and communicate with various stakeholders to review progress and risks.
- Conduct visits to prisons, homes, or other locations as required.
- Work in court settings, completing reports and prosecuting breaches.
- Provide team cover as needed and co-lead accredited programmes.
- Conduct mandatory drug and alcohol tests and follow medication procedures.
- Carry out safeguarding duties in accordance with statutory responsibilities.
- Demonstrate pro-social modelling skills and challenge anti-social behaviour.
