Key Responsibilities:

• Illustrate content for courses, landing pages, social media, and more
• Animate badges, characters, and lesson visuals in Rive
• Lead the development of the company mascot “Echo” by designing expressions, poses, and character moments
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to deliver engaging, on-brand visual work
• Create occasional brand assets for slides, campaigns, and internal projects

Key Skills:

• 2+ years experience in illustration or design
• Ability to animate in Rive, or willingness to learn it quickly
• Portfolio showcasing strong illustration skills (character design, digital assets, environments)
• Experience designing expressive characters and visuals that work in product
• Comfortable working in Illustrator
• Strong design sense, great eye for detail, layout, and visual consistency
• Proactive, independent, and happy working at pace
