The role: Heathrow Investigations Lead An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Heathrow Safety and Security team as a Heathrow Investigations Lead, responsible for conducting and managing safety and security investigations across Heathrow Operations that contribute to a safe and secure workplace. Please note, this role is not approved for an international assignment.
What You’ll Do On a day-to-day basis you will conduct complex investigations into accidents and incidents related to assets, employees or third parties engaged in the Heathrow operation; delivering coherent, accurate and consistent reports identifying root cause and causal factors to the highest investigative standards and with measurable, achievable recommendations to prevent recurrence. Other areas of responsibility will include identifying trends and driving the application and continuous development of the British Airways safety behaviours by effectively communicating with key stakeholders to promote a Just Safety culture and effective Management System.

Your Experience Substantial operational experience within Heathrow Operations is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively across departments within a change environment. The role requires an ability to hold an airside pass and an airside driving permit.
