Head of Mental Health Service

Summary: The Head of Mental Health Services will lead a healthcare provider in London, focusing on both permanent and temporary roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health services, particularly in ADHD and Autism, and will be responsible for strategic direction and collaboration with primary care providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational teams through senior managers.
• Deliver Adult & CYP ADHD diagnosis, treatment & medication services.
• Provide Adult & CYP Autism services with a holistic approach.
• Collaborate effectively with Primary Care providers.
• Set strategic direction, targets, and drive growth.
• Communicate effectively with commissioners regarding performance, data & governance.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with NHS commissioning and CQC/regulatory requirements.
