I am working with a well known multinational who are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Financial Controls Testing to build and scale a new ICFR testing function across multiple regions. This is a great opportunity to move beyond maintaining Legacy frameworks and instead design and deliver a modern, globally consistent testing programme aligned to US SOX standards.
You'll be responsible for establishing a high-performing team across international hubs, developing testing methodologies from the ground up, and embedding a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement. This role calls for someone who leads by example - not just overseeing operations, but actively shaping the tools, processes and mindset needed to elevate control assurance across the business.
