Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Revenues and Benefits Service budget, ensuring expenditure remains within agreed limits and the service delivers value for money.
- Develop specifications for external contracts supporting revenue and benefits services.
- Monitor and improve performance, including maximising collection rates for Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, benefit overpayments, and general debt.

- Fully qualified accountant with strong financial acumen.
