Summary: The role of Paralegal within the in-house legal team focuses on providing support in commercial and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading a wide range of commercial contracts and NDAs
- Assisting with legal research and maintaining legal documentation

- Helping manage legal queries and internal requests from the business
- Liaising with external counsel as required
- Maintaining contract and matter management systems
Key Skills:
- Law degree (LLB, GDL or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal tech tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Completion of SQE1 (desirable)
- Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly in-house or commercial law (desirable)

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a well-known organisation operating in the commercial and technology sectors . This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, motivated paralegal to gain high-quality in-house experience and support legal counsel across a variety of matters. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and business stakeholders, assisting with day-to-day legal work including commercial contracts, compliance, legal operations, and general legal support.
