Summary: The Group Scrum Master role in Gaydon involves guiding and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality to enhance the Scrum team's productivity in delivering high-value product increments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Facilitate Scrum events to ensure they are positive, productive, and time-boxed.
  • Assist stakeholders in managing complex work through tools and processes.
  • Oversee change management and effective product goal and backlog management.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and retrospectives to improve team efficiency.
  • Schedule agile ceremonies and prepare meeting materials for group sync meetings.
  • Review performance charts each sprint to identify challenges.
