Summary: The Data Administrator/Sales Support Administrator role is a 6-month contract position based in London, focusing on supporting operational and sales functions within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Matching and Validation: Compare and update customer and reseller information across different systems to keep records accurate and aligned.
  • Deal Management: Route incoming sales deals to the correct team members to ensure smooth processing and faster turnaround times.
  • Cross-Team Support: Work closely with other departments to resolve urgent or complex sales-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Case Assignment: Review new cases and assign them based on predefined sales rules and guidelines.
  • Customer Service and Support: Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.

Key Skills:

  • Good experience in Data Entry and Sales support is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience is required - Must have.
