Summary: The Group HR Advisor role involves overseeing the HR operations for a growing organization near Darlington, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This standalone position requires the advisor to support multiple sites with HR functions, including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations within the HR function
- Supporting with the onboarding and induction process
- Implementing policies and procedures across the organization from a group perspective (TUPE IN)
- Monitoring absence management
- Providing support and guidance to line managers across the organization
- Managing employee relations case management, providing advice and guidance to managers in disciplinary, grievance, performance, and capability issues
- Payroll management
Key Skills:
- Strong employment legislation knowledge
