Summary: The role of Group Finance Director is an interim position aimed at providing backfill for the Acting CFO from March 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim cover for the Acting CFO position.
• Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 40 FTEs, including 6 direct reports.
• Oversee Financial Transaction Services, ensuring efficient onboarding of new contracts and transaction processing improvements.
• Manage the Report to Control team, ensuring compliance and efficient audit processes.
• Drive reporting, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Ensure stable delivery of finance systems and support financial planning cycles.
• Oversee tax and pension-related responsibilities, including corporation tax and legal entity restructuring.
