What is the Graduate Programme? Lasting 3 years, the programme will be involved in live projects that delivers strategic growth, by building our future infrastructure. As passenger numbers rise, it's vital we grow our infrastructure capacity and deliver our sustainability goals. Focused on civil work within an airport environment. You will play a part in this growth working across field and project engineer teams across a wide variety of business areas and projects that cover every aspect of the airport ecosystem. Surface access, car parks, terminal buildings or out on our airfield. You will gain a unique insight into the inner workings of our business rotating across Construction and Field / Project Engineering and experiencing different roles and programmes.
