Summary: The Global Project Implementation Manager will oversee the implementation of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System across a global organization, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation activity of the iCIMS ATS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including coordinating resource allocation, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Legal, and business units to ensure requirements are gathered, validated, and delivered.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between iCIMS implementation consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Partner with regional HR and TA leaders to understand local needs and ensure global scalability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, coordinating global teams to execute tests, track and resolve defects, and ensure product quality through unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Ensure test cases cover business processes, compliance, integrations (e.g., HRIS, job boards, CRM), and candidate experience.
  • Partner with System Admin teams to ensure effective system configuration, data migration, user provisioning, and environment setup.
  • Collaborate with QA and vendor teams to ensure quality standards are met before go-live.
  • Coordinate go-live planning, including cutover coordination, hyper care support, and performance monitoring.
  • Support change and communications lead to ensure end-user adoption, training, and support readiness.
  • Ensure documentation of SOPs, workflows, and training materials are completed and distributed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in global project and program management, ideally within HR technology implementations.
  • Successful track record delivering ATS/HRIS projects, preferably with iCIMS or similar platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse).
  • Experience with test management, including creation of test strategies and execution oversight.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, Talent Acquisition workflows, and compliance requirements across regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a global mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail, JIRA) is advantageous.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Project Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across our global organization.
