Summary: This role involves executing audit work in Global Markets or related areas, leveraging expertise in internal audit, market risk management, and compliance. The position requires a strong background in auditing, with responsibilities including executing audit tests, assessing control designs, and identifying deficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing multiple areas of test work during audit activities.
  • Use analytical skills and/or technical expertise to execute assigned audit testing responsibilities.
  • Independently execute audit test work on assigned audits in a timely manner and with high quality.
  • Process walkthroughs to assess design of controls and subsequent testing to assess whether controls are working as designed.
  • Identify control deficiencies, discuss with line management, and initiate control matter recommendations in assigned test areas.
  • Demonstrate project management skills.

Key Skills:

  • Degree and post graduate qualification.
  • Global Markets knowledge.
  • Internal Audit experience (including areas such as trading desk, supervision, risk management).
  • Strong soft / communication skills.
