Key Responsibilities:
- Manage settlement instructions and ensure timely follow-up on transactions.
- Handle client requests related to settlement operations via email and phone.
- Address discrepancies and pending issues related to settlement activities.
- Coordinate with other custody services and departments.
- Monitor cash announcements and report incidents to the Risk Management department.
- Maintain relationships with Relationship Managers for information requests and complaints.
Key Skills:
- Higher education in finance/management or banking (minimum bac+3).
- Initial experience in a similar role (internship, temporary, or contract).
- Understanding of securities operations (stocks, bonds, repos) and settlement processes.
- Fluent in English and proficient in standard office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
