Summary: The Full Stack Azure Solutions Engineer will join an international team in Basel, focusing on the design and implementation of innovative projects using Azure cloud services. This role involves collaborating with innovation project teams to create a flexible cloud infrastructure and adopting automation practices to support agile development. The position is a 12-month rolling contract with potential for extension, offering a dynamic work environment with exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide design and implementation support to innovation projects using Azure Cloud services.
- Support the design and implementation of innovation projects using best of breed technologies.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure for innovation projects and build a flexible Azure cloud-based sandbox environment.
- Adopt automation practices (DevOps/GitOps) to support agile and iterative development.
Key Skills:
- Very strong experience in programming languages (Java, Python, Kotlin, Scala) and solution design.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Cloud, Microsoft Azure AD, Azure Resource Management, Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Experience in open-source stack languages and common backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node/Express/Koa).
- Fluency with Azure DevOps services and experience with Single-Page-Application frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- Experience with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Familiarity with next-generation technologies such as Blockchain and AI.
