Summary: The Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of a strategic AI Ops and Observability Platform for a global IT consultancy, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing system downtime. This role is crucial for driving transformation across engineering teams by defining adoption strategies and integrating new tools into existing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale change initiatives within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rollout of a new AI Ops and Observability Platform across engineering teams.
  • Define platform adoption strategies, including tooling, rollout plans, and integration patterns.
  • Drive improvements in operations and reduce system downtime.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical teams to facilitate understanding and adoption.
  • Manage programme planning, governance, and risk management.

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional business change or digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in programme planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
