Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing projects.

Your new role

As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from procurement through to final account. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and valuations
  • Monitoring project costs and reporting on commercial performance
  • Managing change control and variations
  • Liaising with site teams and clients to ensure accurate cost reporting
  • Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial advice

This role is site-based with flexibility depending on project requirements.
