The BookingJoining this global product design and technology company who are going from strength to strength, you'll be working in a fast-paced internal agency team - managing administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of projects, and facilitating communication between various departments.We need someone to start immediately, and there's a high likelihood that this contract will roll on month-by-month - with the potential for a long-term stint.*This role can be hybrid working in London, or remote - but the candidate must be UK based*What s On Offer? 250 - 275 per dayRemote/hybrid workingGlobal product design companyLonger term contract on offerCollaborative, fast-paced internal agencyOutside IR35Immediate startWhat We re Looking ForWe are looking to speak to highly organised and detail-oriented individuals with strong creative administrative and organisational skills paired with excellent communication abilities. You'll be in constant communication and collaboration with wider teams and departments so this attribute is key.Day to day, you'll be responsible for the following:- Setting up SOWs and POs for contractors and photoshoots- Coordinating with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to manage the intake, processing, and distribution of assets from our global server in the US for EMEA markets- Implementing a comprehensive system for cataloguing and storing creative assets- Assisting with asset and image library maintenance- Assisting with file collection and file distribution i.e. packaging up items for distributors, translation companies and external agencies- Ensuring the timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives- Tracking project timelines and deliverables, updating stakeholders on progress and deadlines
