Summary: The Mobilisation Manager – Cleaning SME will oversee a significant mobilisation project for ISS, focusing on operational readiness and the delivery of cleaning services across multiple client sites. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery. The position is critical in launching a landmark contract and maintaining operational excellence. The role is based in the West Midlands and is a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mobilisation of cleaning services across client sites, ensuring readiness and operational quality
- Support internal teams and key stakeholders across mobilisation activities
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, manage documentation, and maintain accurate mobilisation records
- Assist with vehicle mobilisation, TUPE data management, and CAFM system updates (e.g. Maximo)
- Monitor and escalate challenges within agreed SLAs
Key Skills:
- Operations background in Cleaning or Soft FM is essential
- Facilities mobilisation experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet KPIs/SLAs and work with suppliers & payroll systems
- Confident using Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a customer-first mindset

We’re hiring a Mobilisation Manager – Cleaning SME to lead one of the most high-profile mobilisation projects in ISS’s history. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in launching a landmark contract, ensuring operational readiness and consistent delivery of cleaning excellence across a large-scale, multi-site estate.
