Summary: The Flight Data Analyst role involves supporting A400M maintenance by capturing and transferring maintenance information into the Maintenance Data System (MDS). The position requires on-site work in Oxfordshire, with a shift pattern that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Candidates must hold SC clearance and will be responsible for various data entry and reporting tasks related to aircraft maintenance. The role demands a methodical approach and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter retrospective data on MDS, including closing work orders and entering SRPs date and time as signed off by engineers
- Create and close logbook entries
- Open ADFs and/or OOPs
- Input flight ground test data
- Defer logbook entry work orders
- Introduce servicing reports into MDS system
- Perform equipment transactions
- Send weekly reports to Part 145 with the maintenance plan
- Report and escalate any system issues to relevant individuals
- General administration tasks
- Support essential maintenance activities for live flight events, including on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, in a 24/7 rolling rota
