Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate records related to compliance, audits, and operational updates.
  • Prepare and review compliance reports weekly and periodically, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain current location of fleet assets on Tachomaster and Axscend, promptly re-assigning vehicles and issuing period reports.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in transport operations or fleet administration.
  • Understanding of fleet and HGV maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Operator Licence conditions related to fleet maintenance and compliance practices.
  • PC literate with good analytical and communication skills.
