Summary: IT Support Analyst needed for a leading business in Chippenham, focusing on 1st and 2nd line service desk and desktop support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing support tickets and triage
  • Providing support for M365 and Windows 11
  • Managing Active Directory tasks, including account creation and deletion for joiners/leavers
  • Troubleshooting software issues
  • Providing application support
  • Utilizing JIRA for tracking and managing support requests

Key Skills:

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line desktop or service desk support
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of M365
  • Familiarity with Windows 11
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Desirable knowledge of JIRA
  • Application support experience
