Summary: IT Support Analyst needed for a leading business in Chippenham, focusing on 1st and 2nd line service desk and desktop support. The role requires strong customer service skills and teamwork, with initial on-site work transitioning to remote later. Engagement is exclusively through an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing support tickets and triage
- Providing support for M365 and Windows 11
- Managing Active Directory tasks, including account creation and deletion for joiners/leavers
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Providing application support
- Utilizing JIRA for tracking and managing support requests
Key Skills:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line desktop or service desk support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of M365
- Familiarity with Windows 11
- Experience with Active Directory
- Desirable knowledge of JIRA
- Application support experience
