Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting sites and delivering complex Fire Risk assessments 1-2 site visits per month
- Validate Fire Risk Assessments
- Quality check Fire Risk Assessments in line with Fire Engineering reports
- Providing complete and competent fire safety advice
- Identify solutions to fire safety-related problems
- Liaising with clients and providing fire safety advice
- Supporting the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures
- Keeping up to date with current legislation
Key Skills:
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Experience in fire risk assessment and fire safety consultancy
- Knowledge of current fire safety legislation
- Ability to provide competent fire safety advice
- Strong problem-solving skills
